i am getting there
wadding through the muddy water of pain.
i will reach it
crawling through tunnels of hurt.
i will come to it
kneeling down at every stop.
it will have to come here
it must come through the pain
it will reach me
through the tunnels and the rain
it must come to me
never once stopping.
